We are all born innately good, and tolerant of our family, peers and strangers alike. This is the way of life. However, more times than not, cultural, social and/or family upbringing often unhinges things a bit.
Sometimes we get caught judging another, or losing our patience when someone or something doesn’t check that emotional box that we think is required. All this does is create an emotional disturbance, and seems to damages an hour.. a day.. or sometimes longer.
Developing a vision of equality of all things, brings other important aspects into our daily thoughts when our tolerance levels are compromised. Reminding yourself to see others as equals will bring us to accept, and respect ourselves and others. More powerfully, this vision will allow us to appreciate our existence.
Be tolerant…Be balanced…Be more present than you were the day before…
